La Plage / Lac De Neuchatel

Located in the north of Vaud, the Plage des Pins offers a large sandy area on a spot known for the breeze. It is a mostly on-shore spot (headwind) which is very reassuring because in the event of a drift we automatically return to the edge. It is probably one of the most reassuring spots to start sailing in Switzerland (after having learned in a school of course!). On the water, we have the bottom far enough and the wind is regular so that we can move away from the edge.

The only problem for Yvonand is the overcrowding of the kiters on the kissing days and the management of too much. Too many cars, too many inflated kites, too many kiters who want to take off, too many kiters everywhere. I will therefore let you read the section "How the spot works" to find out how to best behave on this spot.
